Devot. A Recipe for Love from Ephesians 4

Hi Folks,

I hope you had a good week!
I know we are heading towards Valentine's Day, and the title of the devot. looks like I'm preparing for the holiday, but let me clarify by saying that I'm not talking about romantic love, but rather Christlike love.

In the New Testament their is a word, "Agape" that means "brotherly love", Christlike love. We see passages such as Matthew 22:39, Mark 12:31, Galatians 5:14, which all state,  "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." This command is taken from an Old Testament passage, Leviticus 19:18.

Romans 12:10 says, "Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;"(Look out for others and their interests ahead of your own.)

So where is our blueprint in Scripture how we are supposed to treat
others-Christians and non-Christians alike?

Below is a practical devot. on what we as Christians can do to show Christ's love with the world around us. Jesus said in John 13:35, " By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another."  Powerful words!

I have also included some more details from The Least of These film.   It highlights the persecution of Christians in India and how folks can pray/advocate for them.

Pray you have a blessed weekend!
