Devot. Prophecies of the Resurrection

Dear Friends,
I hope you had a very good weekend!!

This devot. is the start of a series of devots on how we know that the Resurrection took place and what impact it has on our lives today.
The Old Testament if FILLED with prophecies concerned Jesus coming to earth as baby and His manner of death,  Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22 being the most powerful and popular passages of His death.

Psalm 22 describes His crucifixion and it was written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit about 1,000 years before crucifixion was even invented.

This devot. will give Old and New Testament passages giving evidence of Christ's resurrection.

1 Cor. 15:14 and 19 says, "And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. ..If in this life only we have hope in Christ,  we are of all men most miserable."

Our faith would be in useless if Christ had not risen and if we only had a hope of having Christ with us in this life and not the next also, we would be most miserable.

Pray this devot. gives you some added insight into the cornerstone of our faith, Christ's resurrection!  Lord bless you and yous this  week.
