Hi!  My name is Grace.  I wanted to share a bit about myself and the purpose for my blog.

I saw my personal need for the Lord Jesus to be my personal Saviour and only Way to Heaven (John 14:6) on September 22, 1999.  I responded to the Lord's prompting on my heart to follow Him in water baptism (in outward sign of an inward change according to the Bible) the following year.

 The Lord has given me a desire to reach out to folks who are not sure where their eternity will be and to encourage Believers (Those who have also trusted Jesus Christ as their Saviour) in the faith.

 For those of us who have trusted Jesus as our only way to Heaven, our earthly pilgrimage is a Journey-a Journey Heavenward.

 In Hebrews 12, we have 'The Faith Chapter,' true life stories of Old and New Testament heroes.  Verses 13-16 of this chapter state,  "These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city." (biblegateway.com)

These folks believed that a way would be made for them to get to Heaven.  They were looking ahead to a Messiah, Saviour being sent to redeem them.  They were also looking for a permanent resting place-Heaven.

 I pray that this blog either leads you to a personal, heart acceptance of Jesus Christ and what He did for you or draws you closer to the Lord Jesus if you have trust Him.
